Kindred Oaks Wedding

Jenna & Taylor

A photo. A letter. Sour beer. Ceremony hand ties. They included these things in a wedding day time capsule. I had never seen this before and nearly cried as they talked about each piece and what they symbolized. They started with a photo of the two of them from when they first started dating. Then added sealed letters that they wrote to each other. They also included a bottle of their favorite sour beer along with some glasses. And lastly, they had a hand tying ceremony. Each different colored ribbon with different meanings was tied to their hands by friends and family. On their one year anniversary, they will open the capsule and share everything they put in there. Such a sweet idea and the start of an amazing tradition!

Jenna and Taylor are the sweetest couple! The love they share for each other is a clear reflection of the love in each of their families. It was beautiful watching the interaction between them, their parents, and their siblings. They had a beautiful ceremony and such a fun reception! Jenna and Taylor love to collect different types of rocks. Because Amethyst is Taylor’s favorite, it was used as the main color and decor detail. You should seriously check out the grooms cake! Amazing!

Jenna and Taylor, I had a blast with you guys! From your engagement session, to bridals, to wedding, it’s truly been a pleasure getting to know you guys! I wish you nothing but the best in your next journey as a married couple. May you have a marriage even more beautiful than the wedding ❤️.

Big hugs and lots of love!
